The Cloud-Shop24 team monitors all customer account very strictly. you are fully prohibited to access your account using such networks. we may suspend your account temporary/permanently without any notice if we found PROXY & VPN access.
- Multiple Account: Cloud-Shop24 allow only one (single) account per user. You must not open more than one account. Cloud-Shop24 team scans the entire user details. if you should found any multiple accounts then both account to be suspended. this type of suspension is permanent.
- Inactive account: You must log in your account at least one time in every six months. if you do not access your account within six months we turn it off. there is no guarantee how long it will on hold. thereafter, we will be closed your account permanently. any pending balance will be destroyed and never possible to recover such fund. you are liable to access your account at least single time in every 180 days (six months).
- Name & Identity: Your name & billing address must be accurate. we may ask for validation at any time. For suspicious activity, you will be asked for legal name verification through a government-issued identity card. we also asked for billing address verification by utilities & bank statement. others document may not support.
- Phone Number: It like an essential recovery method for an account. sometime Cloud-Shop24 team send confidential message/delivery details via your phone number.
- Email ID: Your email id is called login ID. however, you may have a username to access our site but email address helps you receive our all kind notifications. you must use a real email id.
- Service Pricing: We can change any rules, contents, price, and service quality without any notification to clients. However, your current order will not affect price updating.

We have a processing fee into checkout page which will be added in your order total. there is an option to add cart and checkout with the available payment method. Any other checkout method is not accepted.
- Delivery Time: We have disclosed the delivery time on each product page. you can click on “Additional information” to check time frame. besides, some item has the option to select delivery urgency where you will see red color text about the time frame. the time may not accurate due to the weekly holiday. also, note it Cloud-Shop24.com closed in all kind of public holiday in the USA and New Jersey State.
- Delivery Details: Our sales team is working with your delivery. as we are supplying virtual item it to be sent to your email inbox. you are liable to register with a valid email address to receive delivery materials. we are not responsible for any fake email address associating in your account. you will be found your delivery details at My Account>Orders>Click On Order Number>View (scroll down to see what we have delivered you).
- Payments & Account Funds
The delivery time is counted only from when we received your cleared payment. sometimes payment provider party keep on hold the payment for their verification. you must wait for their processing time.
- Natural Activity
We can delay service delivery for natural activities such as storm, cyclone, and other natural bad climates. For any reason, if we stop working cause a delivery delay, you will be notified in ordering progress or through website notification board. This may happen on the government holiday. We are always closed at government holiday in the USA.
- Prohibited Activity
We do not exchange service for each of other services. For example, you made an order for Payza verification card, but after placing the order you ask to get a Paypal verification card. We will not process this request, even if the amount of payment is the same. We want to emphasize once again that we do not allow any party to exchange money through our website, product & service.
- Copyright Notice
All kind of copyright, contents, and rights belong to us. You are not permitted to resell or distribute any service, products without our permission. We are a registered business in Panama and all kind of copyright. you cannot modify, change, copy to paste any of our services to your website or any other place.
- Fraud Prevention
We do not allow any payment reversed or chargeback. If you do so, your current service will not deliver and future purpose your IP address will be blocked in order to prevent fraud. You agree to make payment through website payment button integrated under each service description. We do not allow manual payment through email address.

Cloud-Shop24.com does not come with any third party. you will be responded by us during business hours only. if we received a huge email from several customers then it can take a bit to reply you. do not send us the huge email for the same query it will be delayed more than estimated. We do not offer any customer support for another website, distributor, re-seller or company.
Refund Policy For Cloud-Shop24 User
We apply following refund policy for your all orders. make sure you are going to request any refund based on the terms below. we are receiving payment via 3rd party. beware, you are not going to place any dispute after making payment.
All kind of refund sends/issued to your Cloud-Shop24.com account fund only. we do not refund via payment processor like Skrill or bitcoin etc. make sure you understand agree with our refund policy before placing an order. refund amount can be used for any further purchase or withdraw via wallet cashout only. this is very important.
- Your payment is authorized status and not received yet before delivery.
- Refund request processed automatically upon payment method expiry. ex. Skrill expire in 3o days.
- Refund issued within 3-7 working days. (our working days is Monday to Friday) US Standard Time.
- Valid delivered product/service is not refundable.
- You can request for a replacement for specific order only.
- Processing fees are not refundable for any order.
- Refund issued based on order type and only after checking the delivery details.
- Wallet fund cannot be reversed if you send someone, even it mistake by you.
- Withdraw fund from your wallet is final and cannot be reversed.
